I have a 11:30am appointment tomorrow to look at a load of high end pieces of glass. I will update tomorrow evening as to if it will be in Thursday night’s auction.

We had a nice turn out last night, I saw several new buyers and sellers in the crowd. It got a bit rowdy but everyone had fun. Thank you all for helping us to continue to grow each week.

A Large collection of Dept. 56 Houses, several large pieces of stained glass, Dooney & Bourke Purses, a lot of furniture, glassware, jewelry, coins, cameras, craft supplies, tools, statues, sports memorabilia, vending machine, display racks, underwater camera & equipment, an actual finger printing kit, nice pieces glass, cases of wood flooring, and over 200 box lots & MUCH MUCH MORE.

We’re working hard to get the word out about our weekly auctions. PLEASE HELP SPREAD THE WORD. I just started advertising in THE BEACON NewsPaper. I went up today and sat with the owners of the paper and they are fabulous people. Their paper use to only do North Brevard. But, have recently started coming down further into the Cocoa/Merritt Island Area. Make sure to pick up a copy if you get a chance.
My friend Jack Sich who was my former web designer has edited my other site (www.pattysauction.com) to bring everyone back to my home base site (BBH). He is an incredible Web Designer, if you need any web design work done, stop by the auction (he is usually at all my auctions) and talk to him.

I need to give the guys at J & G Tire And Wheels on Clearlake Road in Cocoa a HUGE THANK YOU. I had a tire blow out just after Tropical Storm Fay blew thru. I called at least 10 places to get estimates on a tire (P205/75R14) and all the quotes were OVER $70 for (on the rim out the door price). Well, I called J & G Tires and they had a barely used one for $25 (on the rim out the door price) and they had me and my children in and out within 20 minutes. They get an A+ in my book for their price, courtesy, & professionalism. I will be doing future business with these guys. Thanks Again.

All buyers will pay a 10% Buyers Premium on all purchases.
All buyers must pay 6% Sales Tax (unless you have a current year’s signed copy of your tax certificate on file with us).
All items will be sold “AS IS WHERE IS“.
All items will be displayed on the tables for your inspection prior to the auction.
The Auctioneer and the Auctioneer Alone has the right to reopen the bid in the event that there is a dispute.
The auction will be held under the covered area at the flea market.
We will have a few chairs (first come first serve) Buyers are encouraged to bring their own chairs if you feel the need to sit. We want to be able to pop thru as many items as possible allowing the buyers and sellers both to come out on the winning end.

Everyone needs extra money in their pocket, right? Look around you house, garage, shed, storage, business … I’m sure you have a lot of items that you want out of your way that someone else would love to have. Bring them to us on auction night and lets see if we can turn your items into cash.
We will begin taking in consignments at 4pm for that night’s auction.
All items to be sold that night must be brought in, set up, tagged, and on the tables with a signed contract by 5:30pm at the latest.
Please make sure all items you bring in are clean and ready for display before arriving. This will make set up move much faster since we have less than 2 hours for set up time.
At this point we have no where to warehouse consignments. So, please bring items the night of the auction and remove all unsold items after the auction is over. This helps keep over head to a minimum allowing us to keep sellers fees low.

I just got a load of brand new merchandise from a store that went bankrupt. A lot of the merchandise will be at the auction Thursday night. I have gotten several calls from consignors saying they will be at the auction this week with truck loads of merchandise. One consignor has so much stuff, he plans on doing a lot of table deals. So, bring lots of cash and something big enough to haul home all these great deals. See you all on Thursday and remember to spread the word. The more people that know the more consignors will come and bring good merchandise. Bring a chair if you need to sit.
