BUYER’S INFO

All buyers will pay a 10% Buyers Premium on all purchases.

All buyers must pay 6% Sales Tax (unless you have a current year’s signed copy of your tax certificate on file with us).

All items will be sold “AS IS WHERE IS“.

All items will be displayed on the tables for your inspection prior to the auction.

The Auctioneer and the Auctioneer Alone has the right to reopen the bid in the event that there is a dispute.

The auction will be held under the covered area at the flea market.

We will have a few chairs (first come first serve) Buyers are encouraged to bring their own chairs if you feel the need to sit. We want to be able to pop thru as many items as possible allowing the buyers and sellers both to come out on the winning end.

(( Please read the following information carefully ))

Everyone needs extra money in their pocket, right? Look around you house, garage, shed, storage, business … I’m sure you have a lot of items that you want out of your way that someone else would love to have. Bring them to us on auction night and lets see if we can turn your items into cash.

We will begin taking in consignments at 4pm for that night’s auction.

All items to be sold that night must be brought in, set up, tagged, and on the tables with a signed contract by 5:30pm at the latest.

Please make sure all items you bring in are clean and ready for display before arriving. This will make set up move much faster since we have less than 2 hours for set up time.

At this point we have no where to warehouse consignments. So, please bring items the night of the auction and remove all unsold items after the auction is over. This helps keep over head to a minimum allowing us to keep sellers fees low.

What Baby needs

Evenflo High ChairAlmost everything you could need to take care of baby. The evenflo high chair is in good condition, and has a very nice lift out tray (dishwasher safe) and the washable cover that fits over the seat. Close up of Tray We also have a nice light wood changing table. It does have the pad for the top but it has a few small tears in it. It also has a drawer to put things in. It’s in good condition. Changing Table We also have the Simmons maple crib to match however it is missing the screws/bolts that put it together. I checked and you can order them online at several places but will leave that up to the purchaser. Other then that it’s in very good condition.Simmons Crib Last but not least, we also have a Jumper swing (not sure the exact name) made by graco. Good condition and can be taken apart for future washings. Bouncy swing We are getting rid of these because we don’t have the room to store them so the price is right. They’d be perfect to leave at the Grandparents or babysitter’s house! Please contact us for more info.

It’s been a really busy couple of weeks, and it’s resulted in us having a huge selection of furniture. We’ve got a sectional, dining room set, computer desk, gliding rocker and more. In the next few days, I’ll be posting photos and prices. Of course, if you’ve been on the hunt for any of these items, just contact us and we’ll make a deal.

I almost forgot! Keep an eye on our ebay page for all sorts of unusual things. Currently we have a bunch of Harley Davidson items (motorcycle helmet, gloves, and bike cover) and I’ll be adding lady’s Harley jeans and a nice black leather jacket tomorrow.
