We had such a fabulous auction last night. Thank you to everyone who came out. We made record sales. We sold Highwayman painting, gold, silver, coins, tools, pressure washers, bicycles, diamond plate tool box, front loading washer, hockey table, nautical items, fishing equipment, sports memorabilia, glassware, craft & stained glass kits, 45s, music boxes … just to name a few. My business associate (Neal) even brought a load out for the auction.
Keep searching for those hidden treasures and come turn them into CASH on Thursday nights at Patty’s Furniture and Auction.

We are pleased to announce that we will be opening a second auction house in mid November. It will be an INDOOR facility right here in Cocoa with plenty of parking & seating. We are growing and need more room to display furniture and shelter us from the Florida weather. So, we are making arrangements to have an indoor auction every Saturday night. There will be seating for approx. 100 people to begin with and as we grow we will be able to knock down walls to build out further. The room is being painted this week and we should have everything in place in a week or so. This is a fabulous opportunity to be able to reach more people and gather a wider audience. Thank you to everyone who has helped us grow at such an astonishing rate in such a short period of time.
We WILL continue to do the Thursday night auctions at the Cocoa MarketPlace. So, don’t fret over that, It is a nice location and everyone loves our Thursday nights and it will remain the same. Our indoor Saturday night auctions will shelter us from the weather more efficiently. I look forward to seeing all of you on opening day. The “tentative date” for our first auction at the new location is NOVEMBER 8th (or 15th). We will keep you informed of any changes.
Our Saturday night auctions will be catered by our family owned business the “DIXON DINER”.

Thanks to Dan Suggs, we have a fabulous new Public Auction sign permanently affixed at the market. Now, people who frequent the market on Flea Market Days will be aware of our Thursday night auction. He does FABULOUS work.
Also, thank you to the Diamond Family for the New signs advertising the Auction at both ends of the market. If you get a chance go by and see the new signs.
